The hilly landscape and the relationship with the pre-existing building determined the conditions for installation of the system. Respect for the local area and the desire to make it stand out are values shared by the client in terms of the approach to the project design, which is reflected in the style of the Venetian house with its adjoining “barchessa” building.

The delicate machinery used in these applications consumes large amounts of energy, and during operation, this is transformed into heat that must be removed to ensure continuity of operation; in addition, the thermo-hygrometric parameters must be strictly monitored and controlled.

Solutions for public spaces
Buildings intended for public use generally share certain features, both from an architectural and construction point of view, and from the perspective of user requirements. Depending on the particular activity for which the building is intended, the thermo-hygrometric, acoustic and air quality requirements will be different.
