Aermec has always recognised the importance of complementing the intrinsic quality of its products with a range of initiatives and services tailored to the various categories of professionals and users with whom it works on a daily basis. The company headquarters has a new Research and Training Centre with rooms specially equipped for running courses and meetings. Every year, over 150 days of courses are held at the Centre, involving more than 600 people, and in over fifty-five years of activity, Aermec has contributed to the development of many technicians in the sector.

The Aermec Training Centre is a state-of-the-art facility covering approximately 2,000 m², designed as an integrated service platform to promote cultural development within the air conditioning sector. Located in Bevilacqua and characterised by clean, minimalist architecture, the centre features a 160-seat multimedia auditorium, classrooms for technical seminars and a dedicated area equipped for practical training on real machines. The Centre represents the heart of the company’s commitment to transforming engineering knowledge into practical skills for the challenges of the future.
