Le projet de r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement du quai trap\u00e9zo\u00efdal de Palerme repr\u00e9sente une intervention strat\u00e9gique de reconnexion entre le port et la ville, transformant une zone historiquement d\u00e9grad\u00e9e en un nouveau p\u00f4le urbain et touristique. Le nouvel am\u00e9nagement urbain comprend un parc arch\u00e9ologique, une promenade p\u00e9destre, un lac artificiel de plus de 6\u00a0000 m\u00b2, une grande place publique et neuf b\u00e2timents destin\u00e9s \u00e0 des fonctions culturelles, commerciales et r\u00e9cr\u00e9atives, dont des auditoriums, un amphith\u00e9\u00e2tre panoramique et des espaces d\u2019exposition. Pour la climatisation, un syst\u00e8me centralis\u00e9 bas\u00e9 sur des groupes polyvalents \u00e0 condens\u00e9s par eau de mer a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9, en configuration \u00e0 quatre conduites, en mesure de produire \u00e0 la fois de l\u2019eau chaude et de l\u2019eau glac\u00e9e en fonction des exigences des diff\u00e9rents environnements. L\u2019eau de mer est filtr\u00e9e en plusieurs \u00e9tapes avant d\u2019alimenter les \u00e9changeurs, garantissant fiabilit\u00e9 et performance dans le temps.

Le syst\u00e8me est compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par des pompes \u00e0 chaleur \u00ab booster\u00a0\u00bb pour la production d\u2019eau chaude sanitaire \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et par des ballons thermiques qui permettent une gestion modulatrice et efficace des charges. Les logiques de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur permettent d\u2019exploiter l\u2019\u00e9nergie disponible pendant les demandes simultan\u00e9es de chaud et de froid, en r\u00e9duisant la consommation globale.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
